SCOPE:

My scope included the Senior Functional implementation, Go LIVE, Post GO Live Support, HR & Payroll for Budget Planning, Online Requisitions and Procurement & Projects Module.

THE OUTCOME OF MY ENGAGEMENT:

I started RTA before 5 weeks of going LIVE of AX2012 in RTA as Lead Functional Consultant and was instrumental to Going Live successfully and supporting the business Post Go Live and worked Phase II of Enhancements of RTA.

TASKS PERFORMED:

• Designed and tested the Fixed Assets scanner integration and successfully implemented in production in AX 2012 for RTA.
• Mapped and configured advance warehouse processes with production module and implemented advance warehouse mobile devices.
• Created user mobile roles/menus to reduce the possibility of errors through touch screen based solution. (all standard)
• Configured mobile devices with dynamics ax 2012.
• Updated & developed, designed, configured, tested, trained and implemented successfully the following:
  • Cash Flow Forecasting functional and solution design.
  • Budget planning, payroll related to budget planning, 
  • Human Resources Module.
  • Users’ security design to reflect QLD State Government’s guidelines of system security.
  • Procurement Contracts, Online requisitions,
  • Consolidation, Fixed Assets and other modules of AX 2012,
  • Working with Internal and External QLD State Government Auditors for system Audit and Go Live and Post Go Live reviews.
  • Management Reporter and developed a full reporting pack for their month, year-end closing
• Trained the key users, end users and departmental managers with 
  • AX 2012 set-up and operations for AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, General Ledger.
  • Contributed in training the users with Trade & Logistics and Production modules.
• Fully supported the Go-Live cut-over activities including data migration and provided post-implementation support for a seamless transition to production.
