SCOPE:

I was working in Finance, Intercompany, SAP integration, Retail, Complex consolidations & integrations project implementation of Ramsay Pharmacy Group which has 300 stores.

My major role was under understanding the business requirements, Key pain points, running system and solution workshops, walking through end to end future ‘’To Be” business process and envisaging system and solution design.

The implementation involved 50+ integrations with almost 12 systems. The major integration was with SAP. I was designing business solution to address key challenge of managing / controlling End to End transactions flow for intercompany, consolidations with full finance (annual transaction size of $450 million) among several legal entities, Retail stores and Franchisees.
