Implementation in four related companies with furniture manufacturing, import, showroom and project sales with six showrooms in three Gulf countries.
THE OUTCOME OF MY ENGAGEMENT:
I took over a failed implementation of AX2012 in Gallery Design as Lead Functional Consultant and made the financial, T & L and production modules up and running in 9 months period by working as a functional consultant, a change agent, end users’ trainer & business process re-engineering consultant.
